Migration
We take over the data you can export: products, stock, customers and orders, so you never retype anything. Products are imported from a file or a URL.
During the free trial we bring over a part of it and you see how it looks with your own data. Only then do you decide, and meanwhile you can keep selling on the old system.
You are not alone: after the import we check the data together, connect couriers and invoicing, and redirect the old addresses so you do not lose search traffic.
Products
We import products from a CSV, XLSX, XML or JSON file, or straight from a URL, even from a password-protected source. You map the columns to Prodyflow’s fields and check the result in the trial import.
Variants, categories, attributes, images and descriptions come over, and supplier prices and suppliers tie into purchasing.
Stock and customers
We bring over your current stock per warehouse as starting stock, or record it with a stocktake. Incoming shipments and warehouse locations can be added too.
Customers, partners and suppliers are taken from their export, and the system organizes the history into a customer card.
Webshop and addresses
We redirect the addresses of your old webshop to the new ones, so the search results you already have are not lost. Importing redirects is supported.
You can bring over SEO data, descriptions and meta tags, and connect your own domain with automatic TLS.

The exact list is settled when we talk; most of the time we start from a file exported from your system.
We take over past orders, statuses and shipments by agreement, so the customer card is complete from day one.
The history of past invoices can be brought over, and new invoices are issued by Prodyflow.
