The overview calculates the expected balance from the open incoming and outgoing invoices and marks the lowest point and its date. Receivables and payables are shown by age: not overdue, 1–30, 31–60 and over 60 days.

Below it you see the upcoming due dates, this month's cash flow compared to last month, and an event feed: a lost bank connection, new incoming invoices, bank movements without an invoice.

Transactions and invoices

Every bank movement paired with an invoice

Connect your bank accounts by country and bank, with several companies and cards. Payments appear next to your invoices, and the ones without an invoice are filtered out so you can pair them with an invoice or a partner.

The invoice list covers incoming and outgoing invoices with open, to pay, to receive, partly paid and overdue states. The card payment category helps sort the costs.

Webshop payments and income statement

Reconcile the shop, see what is left

The webshop payments page checks every order against its payment on a calendar: not paid, differs from the invoice, awaiting refund, expected or OK. Prepaid, cash on delivery, cash, bank transfer and in-store card payments are told apart.

The income statement has a column per sales channel and ad account: product sales, shipping, discounts, payment fees, cost of goods, packing, logistics and marketing, down to the gross margin and the net result. Manual items convert at the monthly rate.

  • Calendar reconciliation of webshop payments
  • Income statement per channel and ad account
