Several warehouses

Add as many warehouses as you need, each with its own map and stock.

Real-time stock

Every sale and receipt shows up at once, on every channel.

Barcodes everywhere

For products and warehouse locations, with printable labels.

Every movement logged

You know who changed a stock, when and why.

Stock

The warehouse is not a separate world

One stock number, every channel

The webshop, marketplaces and store work from the same warehouse stock. When a product sells out, every channel sees it at once, so you never sell what you do not have.

The work starts in the warehouse

Picking, packing, the delivery note and the courier label come from the same flow. The picker does not copy data, they just walk the list.

Decisions from the numbers

Stock value reports, the shortage list and product history show what sells, what sits, and what to order before it runs out.

Several warehouses

Every warehouse on one map

Add all your warehouses and draw the places: shelves, rows, zones. The visual warehouse map shows which product is where, and how many.

You can start transfers between warehouses, and follow incoming and outgoing shipments on their own lists. Every movement goes into the stock history.

  • Transfers between warehouses
  • Incoming and outgoing shipments

Picking and packing

Trolley, list, label, done

You can build a picking trolley from orders, which shows what to pick in the order of the warehouse locations. The picker ticks off what is done in the mobile app.

When picking ends, the system issues the delivery note, and for the integrated courier it makes the label automatically. Packaging material usage can be tracked too.

Stock and alerts

We warn you before it runs out

You see stock levels per product and per warehouse. The system warns you about shortages, and stocktaking lets you settle every difference.

An alert turns into a purchase draft with one click, and the forecast shows how much to order. The stock value report works for finance too.

  • Low-stock alerts
  • Stocktaking and difference handling
  • Stock value reports
  • Product history for every movement

More features

What else helps in the warehouse

Six details you use in the daily work.

Locations and barcodes

Every shelf, row and zone gets a barcode, and so does every product. The picker scans it and the system knows where it is.

Transfers

You move stock between warehouses in one step, and the receiving side confirms it.

Packaging materials

Boxes, wraps and fillers are tracked just like products.

Outsourcing fulfillment

If you have no warehouse of your own, or need help at peak times, you can hand orders to a fulfillment partner (for example IQfulfillment).

Stock value analysis

What your stock is worth, which product sits, and which brings the most. In exportable reports.

Courier integrations

GLS, DPD, FoxPost, MPL, Packeta, DHL, Boxy, Kvikk and PickPack point: the label is one click.

Frequently asked

What people ask most about the warehouse

How many warehouses can it handle?

You can add several warehouses, each with its own stock and map. Your plan sets the allowance, which you can see on the Pricing page.

How do barcodes work?

Barcodes can be generated for products and warehouse locations and printed. The picker scans them and the system knows what was picked or where it was put.

What is a picking trolley?

A list built from orders that shows what to pick in the order of the warehouse locations. It has a printable label and can be used with the mobile app.

How is the courier label made?

With the integrated couriers the label comes from the order automatically: GLS, DPD, FoxPost, MPL, Packeta, DHL, Boxy, Kvikk and PickPack point are supported.

Are there low-stock alerts?

Yes. The system tells you when a product falls below a set level, and the alert can become a purchase draft.

Can I do stocktaking?

Yes. With stocktaking you record the differences, and every change goes into the stock history.

Can I outsource fulfillment?

Yes. You can hand orders to a fulfillment partner, such as IQfulfillment, and follow the status in Prodyflow.

Does the warehouse connect to the webshop?

Yes. The webshop, marketplaces and store work from the same stock, so the stock matches everywhere.
