API key

Two-factor login

A second step, or a hardware token.

Roles and permissions

Read or write, per module.

Scoped API keys

A key reaches only what you set.

European data location

Servers and backups in the EU.

Security

Protection at every layer

Sign-in you can trust

A second step at login and a hardware token option protect every account, and you see when the password was last changed.

Everyone sees only their part

Roles decide who reads and who edits each module, and API keys carry their own limits.

Your data stays yours

Each company has its own database, the data stays in Europe, and what may go to external AI providers is your decision.

Account security

Two steps at sign-in

Turn on two-factor authentication so a second step follows the password at login, or set up a hardware token. Every user can change the password and sees when it was last changed.

Every user manages their own security on the account page, and the owner decides who gets which role.

  • Two-factor authentication
  • Hardware token option
  • Password change with last-changed date
  • Own security settings per user

Roles and API keys

Everyone gets only the access they need

Roles group permissions by module with separate read and write rights, so a picker does not see invoices and an accountant does not edit the warehouse.

API keys work the same way: a public, partner or manager key, with read, write or full access, limited to the areas you choose.

  • Role groups with module permissions
  • Read and write rights separately
  • Public, partner and manager API keys
  • Keys limited to chosen areas

Data and hosting

Separate databases, European servers

Every company runs in its own database. Servers are in Germany, Finland, Hungary and Lithuania, and backups are stored in the EU.

A public privacy page lists the sub-processors and where each one keeps data, and managed TLS certificates protect your webshop domains.

  • Own database per company
  • EU hosting and EU backups
  • Public sub-processor list
  • Managed TLS certificates

More features

What else protects your business

Six more safeguards.

AI privacy

Choose what customer data may go to external AI providers.

Approval first

AI replies and actions wait for a person to approve.

Hidden secrets

Passwords for browser actions are typed by the system, and the AI never sees them.

Change history

Products and orders keep who changed what.

Customer checks

The COD check and customer checks screen risky orders.

Domains and TLS

Custom domains with managed certificates.

Before and after

From shared passwords to controlled access

Without clear access rules

  • Everyone shares one login
  • Every user sees everything
  • API access is all or nothing
  • You cannot tell who changed what
  • Customer data goes wherever

With Prodyflow

  • Every user has an account with a second step
  • Roles limit each module
  • Keys are scoped to areas and rights
  • History shows who changed what
  • You decide what goes to AI providers

How do API keys work?

Is my company's data separate from others?

Yes. Every company has its own database.
