From the first scan to the receipt

Scan a barcode or pick from the synced catalogue, with search by name, SKU and serial number. Keep several tickets open or park one, change a price, give a line discount or enter a discount code.

Prices are gross, with the VAT calculated per product category. The customer can follow the order on a second screen.

Payment and receipts

Cash, card, transfer or a mix

Pay in cash with banknote and coin buttons for your currency, by card on the payment terminal (SumUp, Teya, OTP), by bank transfer with a QR code, or split between cash and card. The change is calculated for you, and forint cash is rounded to 5.

Print the receipt or issue an invoice with the buyer's details, and email it or hand it over. Receipts go through AEE terminals, CashBox PosPrint or SmartBill.

Day, returns, offline

Open the day, close the day, never lose a sale

Open and close the fiscal day, print the X and Z reports and register cash in and out with a reason, from change input to salary pay out. The returns screen takes items back, adds exchange products and settles the difference in cash or by card.

When the internet drops, sales queue on the device and sync to Prodyflow on their own. A status bar shows what is synced and what is waiting.
