One order line

Webshop, marketplace and store in one list, filterable by channel.

Automatic processing

An order becomes a delivery note and a courier label with no manual entry.

Set per market

Country, currency and language per sales channel.

Nothing gets lost

Order problems and returns run with categories and a status flow.

Order management

One list, every channel

You see incoming orders in one view with status, payment and shipping. You can filter by channel, country, courier or status, and save your views.

With pinned views every team member opens their own workflow: the picker the orders to pack, customer support the problematic ones.

  • Orders from every channel in one view
  • Filter by channel, courier, status
  • Saved and pinned views
  • Payment status in the order

From order to parcel

The label makes itself

An order becomes a delivery note, and for the integrated courier the label is made automatically. You do not copy the address, weigh by hand or print from another tool.

The system brings back the courier status, so you see where the parcel is in the order, and you can notify the customer.

  • Automatic shipping labels
  • GLS, DPD, FoxPost, MPL, Packeta, DHL and other couriers, with pickup points at checkout
  • Printing delivery notes
  • Parcel tracking in the order

Sales

The channel should not matter to the order

The same process

Whether the order comes from the webshop or from eMAG, it goes through the same statuses. Packing, invoicing and shipping do not depend on the channel.

Settings that fit the market

Each sales channel can have its own country, currency and language. A product can appear with a different price and text on the German and the Hungarian market.

Promotions on a timer

With timed events and catalog products you set up a flash sale or a seasonal sale that starts and ends by itself.

Returns and problems

You handle what goes wrong too

Returns, delayed exchanges and refunds stay in the same order. You track shipping and order problems with categories and a resolution flow.

You can set return rules per webshop, and customers can start a return on their own. A returned item goes back into stock.

  • Self-service returns with automatic return labels (for example GLS Return)
  • Delayed exchange and refund
  • Problem tracking with categories
  • Returns linked to the customer card

Frequently asked

What people ask most about sales

How do returns work?
